Amber Audrain, Founder of Audrain Advising
Amber Audrain has 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing high-impact social programs. In 2022, her passion for modernizing programs led her to launch Audrain Advising to support clients' efforts to better serve their stakeholders through model policy implementation, data strategies, digital transformation, and change management.
Amber holds a Master of Public Affairs in Policy Analysis & Public Administration, an Executive Education Certificate in Digital Transformation, and is a Certified ScrumMaster. She is also a member of ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals).
Her roles in nonprofit and state agency contexts enable her to provide a wealth of expertise to her clients and exemplify her commitment to redesigning systems to the benefit of communities.
Michaela Wischmeier, Proposal Development Manager
Michaela Wischmeier has 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including 3 years in domestic violence prevention and youth organizational resource development. After seeing the need for change at a more systemic level, her work has centered on providing research and communications support to statewide and national impact organizations focused on economic development. She is passionate about fostering collaboration between organizations, clients, and communities to achieve positive impacts in their work.
At Audrain Advising, Michaela leads our proposal development core service, coordinating the process from start to finish. She supports clients in creating proposal response strategies and marshals internal and external resources to ensure compliant and winning proposals.
Michaela holds a Master of Public Affairs in Public Management with a focus on resource access and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
Alli Vanneman, Project Manager
Alli Vanneman is an experienced project manager, with 6 years of teaching and 2 years of nonprofit work under her belt. Alli is detail-oriented and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to project plans.
Her passion for helping others drew her to the high-impact work at Audrain Advising, where she supports project management, facilitating the timely and efficient achievement of project goals.
Alli holds a BA in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College and an MA in Education Policy from Columbia Teachers College.
Emily Keusch, Executive Support Manager
Emily Keusch is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in technical writing, administrative support, insurance claims adjustment, risk assessment, compliance, and customer service.
At Audrain Advising, Emily provides administrative support to our internal stakeholders and clients.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Public and Professional Writing and is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
